June Boom!

Just joined Alan Spicciati’s June Boom, over at The Pounds Off Playoff!  Time to kick up the dust a little.

  1. Exercise every day in June. I’ll walk least 30 minutes everyday.  
  2. Start something you’ve been putting off. I am starting a strength training program this month. I am going to start blogging here more often.
  3. Be publicly accountable. I will restart my weightloss blogging activity over at LifePost.net(been really slack there)!
